In these magical walking tours you will visit four of the most beautiful medieval towns of the venetian mainland. Tours will start first of all from Castelfranco Veneto, house of the famous painter Giorgione. In this awesome place you will admire his home and dedicated museum. The trip will continue to Cittadella, a romanian cross shape city rounded by brick walls. In one of the tours, you will experience the parapet walkway due to have a certainly amazing skyline over the city. We will pass the afternoon in Asolo, declared one of the most noteworthy villages in Italy. You will expect to stroll through narrow streets and typical little shops. And to conclude our daily tours, you will be captured by the romantic love story of Marostica developed around its two castles of the 12th century.

Start your trip through history from Castelfranco Veneto, the town which had influences from the Province of Treviso, Verona and Venice; built in 1195 around its astonishing castle and house of Giorgione, a great frescos painter, Castelfranco is today one of the most characteristic towns in Veneto region. Continue the visit by car to get to Cittadella, the medieval city built to fight Castelfranco’s power and experience the parapet walkway!

Eat like a real veneto tipical dishes and taste fresh ham and cheese on crisp bread while drinking a good glass of red wine. Jump again on your car and reach the famous Rocca of Asolo, the town known as “The City of a Hundred Horizons” for its mountain settings. Drink a coffee at Cipriani Asolo and enjoy the view of the this amazing natural show. Visit the Rocca, Asolo’s medieval castle and part of an antique Amphitheatre.

End the day in Marostica, the cherry town, and discover two medieval castles, one linked to the square and an upper one, positioned on a hill. While walking around, find out the Legend of the Chess Game: a love story developed in 15th century between Lionora, daughter of the Lord of Marostica, and two noblemen challanging for her hand. Still nowadays, every two years in September, 600 performers in medieval costume act the Legend to follow the tradition.

Palladio’s Villas Tour

Artistic heritage, amazing villas and gardens combined with wine tasting…all this is Palladio’s Villas Tour!

Start the day analyzing beautiful frescos painted at Villa Emo, a 16th century  villa painted by the famous Battista Zelotti, Paolo Veroneses’s collaborator, who enriched Palladio’s Villa with parts of the repertoire of Ovid’s Metamorphoses combined with Christian subjects and episodes taken from Roman history.  After the visit we will move to Villa Barbaro to have some wine and typical products tasting and discover hidden parts of this mysterious villa. To end the day visit Villa Angarano and walk through vineyards and taste their own wine production.

Art, achitecture and culture are the basics for this special tour: arrive from Venice to Villa Emo in your private luxury car with a personal assistant who will explain in which cultural and historical period developed the villas you’re going to visit. Enjoy the guided tour inside Villa Emo where halls are adorned by frescoes by Gian Battista Zelotti. Admire the great architectural system projected by the famous Andrea Palladio.

Follow our artistic itinerary and reach Maser to see Villa Barbaro, which was added to the list of  Worls Heritage Sites by UNESCO in 1996 to celebrate the importance of the architectural structure made by Palladio and the amazing frescoes painted inside the villa by Paolo Veronese. Sculptures and statues were realized by Alessandro Vittoria for Daniele Barbaro, patriarch of Aquileia and Marcantonio Barbaro, ambassador of the king Charles IX of France.

Last, but not least, reach Villa Angarano, where you will find not only a beautiful villa, but also lots of evocative wineyards. This architectural perfection was created by Palladio in late 1540s and finished in 1550s; it contributed to be a technical example as added in Palladio’s books I Quattro Libri Dell’Architettura, which explained rules and principles of Palladio’s theories. End the day, enjoying a good glass of local wine and some tastings of typical dishes.

Welcome in the city of the love, famous for Romeo & Juliet, and for inspiring poets and artist from all over Europe as Shakespeare or Dante. Arrive in Verona in your luxury private car and start the day with a guided walking tour through the most amazing monuments of the city. Immerse yourself in Romeo and Juliet story, visit Juliet’s balcony and house while listening to the most famous Shakespeare poems. Have lunch in front of the Arena, then eat an ice-cream while walking through shops.

Verona has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO because of its urban structure and architecture and you will discover it through its roads and narrow passages; your guide will explain the history of the town, made by many cultural influencies and its Golden Period: the Renaissance. Start the tour from Piazza Bra where you’ll admire the Arena, a roman anphitheatre, reach the Scaligero Bridge which crosses Adige river, then arrive to Piazza dei Signori, where noble families and Dalla Scala family, Lords of Verona, lived.

In Piazza delle Erbe, famous for noble frescoed palaces and herbs and groceries market, follow the tradition and buy a lucky charm in one of the many stalls. Visit the Roman ashes all around the city, in particular Porta Borsari, an ancient Roman Gate, dated to 1st Century AC, but built over a gate made in 1st Century BC. Return to Arena square where you will enjoy the amazing view of this beautiful architectonic art opera while eating local dishes in a high level restaurant.
